rarzyu (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the application "pomo" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Administrator.

Information Stored on the User's Device
The Service stores information configured by the user (timer settings, app settings, etc.) locally on the device (local storage). This information is not transmitted to the Administrator's servers.

- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
- Log information (operation logs of the Service, crash reports, etc.)
- IP address
Article 3: Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes.
- To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service
- To provide guidance regarding the Service and to respond to inquiries
- To display advertisements by ad delivery providers and to verify their performance
- To analyze usage of the Service, improve features, and develop new features
The Administrator shall use the collected personal information only within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in each of the preceding items, and shall not use it beyond that scope. If the purposes of use are changed, the changes shall be publicly announced within the Service or by other means.
Article 4: Disclosure to Third Parties
- The Administrator shall not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases.
- When required by law
- When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- When it is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organ, a local government body, or an entity entrusted by either in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the execution of such affairs
- In the operation of the Service, the Administrator may outsource all or part of its operations, such as ad delivery, to third parties and provide personal data to the extent necessary for such outsourcing. In such cases, the Administrator shall exercise appropriate supervision over the outsourced parties in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 5: Data Collection Modules
The Service uses data collection modules provided by the following third-party companies for ad delivery and usage analysis. These modules may automatically collect user information. For details on the information collected, purposes of use, and disclosure to third parties, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective companies below.
- Google AdMob / Firebase

- Purpose of use: Ad delivery, app usage analysis

- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google services
Article 6: Data Storage
Data collected by the Service is stored locally on the user's device (local storage). The Administrator's servers do not store users' personal data.
However, information automatically collected by third-party companies (such as Google LLC) for ad delivery and usage analysis may be stored on the servers of such third-party companies.
The Administrator shall take necessary and appropriate measures for security management, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of information.
Article 7: Resetting Advertising Identifiers and Opting Out
Users may reset their advertising identifiers or opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.
For iOS:
You can manage app tracking permissions by going to "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking."
For Android:
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising by going to "Settings" → "Google" → "Ads."
Article 8: Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator may modify this Policy as necessary.
If this Policy is modified, the Administrator shall notify users by posting the updated Policy within the Service or on the website operated by the Administrator.
